Namco Taiko Blog (18 July 2013): Taiko Sorairo Game Version 5.04

Just in time for the preliminary round of the Taiko Tournament 2013 is this update, which starts releasing the CreoFUGA winner songs into the public build of Taiko no Tatsujin Sorairo Version. There are a couple more surprises though (the acquisition of some amazing licensed songs!). Come see!

Game Version 5.04 for Sorairo will be released on July 24th 2013, and will include the following three CreoFUGA songs:

Vocaloid
-Eternal bond

Namco Original
-Aisowarai (愛想笑い)
-Bakemono Tsukiyo (化物月夜)

Difficulty ratings are shown in the screenshots below (5/6/8/8 for Eternal bond, 5/6/7/8 for Aisowarai, 5/6/8/8 for Bakemono Tsukiyo)

That's not all! Along with these three are two more songs for the Anime genre, both of which are from highly acclaimed series.

Anime
-Guren no Yumiya (紅蓮の弓矢) -> Shingeki no Kyojin OP theme (5/6/6/8)
-Preserved Roses -> Valvrave the Liberator OP theme (3/6/6/7)

The last new addition are some new titles, one of which is in relation to the 10 Dan unlockable song, Joubutsu 2000. Since it was considered too brutal and even a bit pointless to place the unlock after 10 Dan where almost no one could reach (majority of the players would be able to pass Joubutsu, just not to that level of perfection), the team is considering an alternate way to unlock Taiko no Tatsujin's hardest Oni chart ever made.

Look forward to the update next week!

Oh and one more thing: since the Eternal bond chart-making activity went so well, there will be a second one for a different CreoFUGA song. Stay tuned for more announcements!
