The Dojo Ranking mode (dubbed Dan-i Dojo outside of Japan) is selectable alongside the other songs on the song selection screen and takes the player to a completely different menu with set courses to clear (you can go back to normal song select by using the Back command if more than 30 seconds are left on the timer).
The aim is to clear songs with certain set conditions, and the courses get harder as you progress. One course is 3 songs and uses up one complete credit for the arcade. The courses and their conditions get exponentially harder, with both the song selection and the conditions increasing in difficulty, and there is a special surprise after the end of the final course. A costume is awarded to the player for each course he clears, and the costume is upgraded every time a higher difficulty course is cleared.
The mode was added to Asian Murasaki arcades on July 23rd, 2015, with Game Version 3.07's release. It features a list of trials which is very similar to the one available on Japanese arcades, while replacing unavailable licensed songs with other tunes of similar difficulty. Players can freely choose the rank to play until Juudan; for the later trials, players have to clear the course right below the next one. As of now, the Asian Dojo Ranking mode doesn't support the Taiko Cram School training feature available on Japanese arcades.
